All articles, presentations, reports, photographs, trademarks, logos, and other documents (hereinafter "Data") contained in this database are the property of HYPRED , or appear with the permission of their owners, and are subject to (i) copyright and other intellectual property rights, and (ii) a confidentiality commitment, from the user.
The user shall use the Data only within the limits of its functions in HYPRED company, and shall not use them for any other reason, including for personal or other reasons without first written consent from HYPRED. The user shall not disclose the Data and shall use them solely for the purpose of carrying out its tasks within HYPRED company. The user shall treat the Data with due care in order to avoid unauthorized use or any disclosure of them. The user shall return or destroy all the Data he could extract, download, save, print or copy in any form whatsoever, upon termination of his position within Hypred company.
Any use, disclosure, communication, copying of the Data by the user in any manner whatsoever and in any form whatsoever, apart from carrying out its tasks within HYPRED company is strictly prohibited.
No interpretation can be made and nothing contained herein shall be considered as transferring, granting or licensed any rights to use the Data contained in the database. Any fraudulent use of Data or other content of the database is strictly prohibited. HYPRED will fully exercise its rights to sue, even criminal, if necessary.
